Our 2021 vintage comprises 70% Cox apples; it’s our favourite variety. Perfectly expressive of a beautiful English apple: sweet, tangy, and bursting with flavour! There are supporting roles for other varieties including Russets (nutty sweetness) and Bramleys (to provide acidity), Falstaff, Gala and Spartan. All the individual components blended to create a harmonious symphony of taste.

The 2021 is vivacious, with a lively mousse and bubbles that linger for ages in your glass, bringing the cider to life. As ever, the sweetness is carefully balanced with the acidity to create a cider that is drier and more delicate than many ciders.

Perfect as an aperitif or to celebrate any occasion. You could add a drop of creme de mûre or other fruit liqueur to make a gorgeous cocktail.
